I need help to start

I am a new nano_RK user, I will be using the FireFly platform. I could not find a start up guide. I will appreciate it if you provide me with : 1. "Hello World" code of an application that is responsible for sending a message on one node, and receiving this message on another node (please, not only the task code, but the #includes and the main).

2. The respective Makefile.

    The first release of Nano-RK will come with sample applications that show how to run tasks and send packets using the radio. We are not currently supporting Nano-RK until the first beta release which is scheduled for June of 2007.
